Mark Halle
Mark Halle is European Representative for the International Institute for Sustainable Development and Director of its Trade Programme. Previously, he was with World Conservation Union, where he directed its Global Policy Division, the United Nations Environment Programme, where he was involved in the preparation and launch of the World Conservation Strategy, the World Wildlife Fund, where he was a conservation officer. Halle holds a postgraduate degree in history from Cambridge University.
